Refund policy

At TIKTOK LIVE SHOP, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

• The SIM card is unused and unopened.
• The wrong item was delivered.
• The product arrived damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Activated SIM cards
• Used SIM cards
• SIM cards damaged by the customer
• Digital products or top-ups

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after inspection and approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product.
